Cascade Range

The Cascade Range is a chain of mountains and volcanoes in western North America, running from British Columbia through Washington and Oregon to northern California. Peaks such as Mount Rainier, Mount Hood and Mount St. Helens stand above forests and glaciers. The Pacific Crest Trail follows the range, and national parks and wilderness areas offer many hiking routes.
