Hogenakkal Falls

Hogenakkal Falls is a group of waterfalls and rapids on the Kaveri River in southern India, where the river flows through a rocky gorge near the border of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The name means smoking rocks in Kannada. Round basket boats called coracles carry visitors across the river, and walkways run along the gorge.
