Hohe Tauern National Park

Hohe Tauern National Park in Austria is the largest national park in the Alps, shared among Carinthia, Salzburg and Tyrol. It includes the Grossglockner, the highest peak in Austria, as well as glaciers and waterfalls. Hikers and mountaineers use a dense network of trails and huts, and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road crosses the area.
