Kati Thanda–Lake Eyre

Kati Thanda–Lake Eyre is a large salt lake in the desert of South Australia, whose lowest point lies about 15 m below sea level. It is usually a dry salt pan, but is filled by water after rare floods. Visitors travel across the outback to see it by air or from the shore.
