Lake Baringo
Lake Baringo is a freshwater lake in the Rift Valley of Kenya, at 965 m, with rocky cliffs on its sides and a few islands. It is known for its birdlife and for hippos and crocodiles. Visitors take boat trips on the lake and birdwatching walks along the shore.
