Lake Köyceğiz

Lake Köyceğiz is a lake in Muğla province on the southwest coast of Turkey, at 8 m, connected to the sea through the Dalyan channel. Forests of sweetgum trees and reed beds line its shore. Visitors take boat trips toward Dalyan, visit the ancient rock tombs and nearby Iztuzu beach, and watch birds.
