Lake Manasarovar
Lake Manasarovar is a freshwater lake in Purang County in the Ngari region of Tibet, China, at 4,556 m, close to Mount Kailash. It is sacred in Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Bon traditions. Pilgrims and trekkers walk the path around the lake, and many continue on the Kailash circuit.
