Langtang National Park
Langtang National Park in Nepal lies north of Kathmandu along the Tibetan border and was the first Himalayan national park in the country. It has river valleys, rhododendron forest, glaciers and high peaks around Langtang Lirung. The Langtang Valley trek is one of the more accessible Himalayan treks from the capital.
