Lassen Volcanic National Park
Lassen Volcanic National Park in northern California contains all four types of volcano found in the world, with a landscape of lava peaks, boiling mud pots, fumaroles and clear lakes. Lassen Peak is its centre. Hikers walk trails to hydrothermal areas and lakes, and summit trails are available.
