Mount Song

Mount Song is a mountain in Henan Province, China, with a highest point of about 1,516 m, one of the five sacred mountains of Chinese tradition. The Shaolin Monastery, known for its martial arts, lies on its western slope. The historic monuments of Dengfeng at its foot form a UNESCO World Heritage site, and paths and ridgeline trails lead across the range.
