Northern Velebit National Park
Northern Velebit National Park in Croatia protects the high northern part of the Velebit mountain range, with limestone peaks, deep karst pits, beech forest and alpine meadows. It includes the Premužić Trail, a long engineered path along the ridge. Hikers use the mountain huts and trails.
