Rockall
Rockall is a tiny uninhabited granite islet in the North Atlantic, about 23 m high, far to the west of Scotland and Ireland. Ownership of it has been contested over time, and it lies in a remote and exposed part of the ocean. It is visited rarely, mostly by expeditions and research vessels, and is seen on charts rather than as a walking destination.
