Svartisen
Svartisen is a pair of glaciers and ice caps in Nordland in northern Norway, lying partly above the Arctic Circle, and a national park surrounds them. Several tongues descend close to fjords and lakes. Visitors cross by boat and walk to the ice edge, and guided glacier walks are offered.
