The Wave
The Wave is a sandstone formation in the Coyote Buttes North area of Vermilion Cliffs National Monument in Arizona, United States. Swirling bands of cross-bedded sandstone form curved, wave-like walls. Access is on foot across desert terrain, and the number of visitors is limited by a permit system.
