Tobago is the smaller of the two main islands of Trinidad and Tobago, in the southern Caribbean. A forested ridge rising to about 600 m runs along its length and is protected as one of the oldest legally designated forest reserves. Visitors dive on reefs, watch birds and walk rainforest trails.
