Wildspitze
The Wildspitze, at about 3,768 m, is the highest mountain in the Ötztal Alps and the second-highest in Austria, in Tyrol. Glaciers cover its upper flanks, and the Pitztal and Ötztal valleys lie on either side. Climbers approach from huts such as the Breslauer Hütte, and walkers enjoy marked trails in the valleys.
