Yosemite Valley

Yosemite Valley is a glacial valley in the Sierra Nevada of California, in the United States, in Yosemite National Park. Granite walls such as El Capitan and Half Dome rise on both sides, and waterfalls such as Yosemite Falls fall from the rim. The valley floor has meadows, the Merced River and trails for walking, cycling and climbing.
