Adrar des Ifoghas
The Adrar des Ifoghas is a rocky Saharan massif on the border of Algeria and Mali, with a height of about 890 m. It consists of ancient crystalline rock cut by dry riverbeds, and is the traditional homeland of Tuareg people. The area is remote and sparsely populated, a landscape of canyons and sandy plains.
