Amik Valley
The Amik Valley is a broad plain in the Hatay region of southern Turkey, long settled and of archaeological interest. Its fertile land and the wetland history around the former lake make it notable for farming and birdlife. Visitors come for ancient mounds and for cycling and birdwatching.
