Bamboo Forest
The Bamboo Forest in Arashiyama is a grove of tall bamboo on the western edge of Kyoto, Japan. A narrow path runs between the stalks, and the leaves filter the light overhead. Visitors walk the path, and nearby trails lead to temples and up the hills.
