Beloye Lake
Beloye Lake is a large lake in Vologda Oblast in northwestern Russia, at 113 m, in a flat landscape of forest and marsh. The town of Belozersk lies on its southern shore. It is mainly visited for fishing and boating, and for the old monasteries nearby.
