Büyükada
Büyükada is the largest of the Princes' Islands in the Sea of Marmara, a short ferry ride from Istanbul. Cars are not used for ordinary transport, and people get around by bicycle, on foot or by horse carriage. Wooden mansions, pine woods and hilltop monasteries make walks and rides popular.
