Devils Tower
Devils Tower is a massive column of igneous rock rising about 1,558 m above sea level in the Black Hills of northeastern Wyoming, USA. Vertical fluted columns give it a striking profile, and in 1906 it became the first national monument in the country. Walkers can follow a trail around its base, and the rock is a well-known destination for climbing.
