Fjaðrárgljúfur

Fjaðrárgljúfur is a winding canyon in southern Iceland, with steep moss-covered walls and a small river running along the bottom. The rock is thought to be about two million years old and formed by glacial meltwater. Walkers follow a path along the rim to look down into the gorge.
