Himalayas

The Himalayas form a vast mountain arc across Asia, passing through Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan and China. The range contains Mount Everest at 8,849 m and many of the other tallest peaks in the world. Trekking routes through its valleys, such as those in Nepal and Ladakh, draw walkers, and expeditions climb its high summits.
