Jigme Dorji National Park

Jigme Dorji National Park in northwestern Bhutan is among the largest protected areas in the country, stretching from subtropical forest to Himalayan peaks on the Tibetan border. It holds snow leopards, takins and blue sheep. The Snowman Trek and the Laya-Gasa trek cross it, and trekkers use local guides.
