Königssee
Königssee is a long, narrow, deep lake in the Bavarian Alps of Germany, at 603 m, in Berchtesgaden National Park. Steep rock walls rise straight from the water. Visitors travel on electric boats to the pilgrimage chapel of St. Bartholomä and start hikes from the shore.
