Mount Nebo

Mount Nebo is a ridge in Jordan, about 808 m high, rising above the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley. It is associated in tradition with the view that Moses had of the promised land. Visitors come for the broad panorama over the valley and for the memorial and church on the summit.
