Mount Roraima

Mount Roraima is a flat-topped sandstone plateau of about 2,810 m, a tepui at the meeting point of Venezuela, Guyana and Brazil. Steep cliffs surround a summit of bare rock, pools and unusual plant life. Most hikers take a multi-day trek from the Venezuelan side across the open Gran Sabana, with a guide, to climb onto the top.
