Mount Sipylus

Spil Dağı is a mountain above the city of Manisa in western Turkey, at 1,513 m. A rock face on its slope, known as the Weeping Rock, is linked in myth with Niobe. The mountain is part of a national park with forest trails and viewpoints over the Gediz plain.
