Pinnacles National Park

Pinnacles National Park is in the Coast Ranges of central California. Its eroded volcanic rock spires, cliffs and narrow talus caves are the remains of an ancient volcano. Hikers follow loop trails through chaparral and past the rock formations, climbers use the crags, and the park is a known site for California condors.
