Siq
The Siq is the narrow gorge that forms the main approach to the ancient city of Petra in Jordan. Tall sandstone walls close in on a winding path that opens onto the Treasury facade. Visitors walk through it on foot, and some continue on longer hikes in the surrounding hills.
