Southern Patagonian Ice Field

The Southern Patagonian Ice Field is one of the largest ice fields outside the polar regions, spreading across southern Chile and Argentina. Many glaciers flow from it, including Perito Moreno. Most visitors see its outlet glaciers from the surrounding national parks, while expeditions cross the ice field itself.
