Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon
The Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon is a very deep gorge on the Yarlung Tsangpo River in Tibet, where the river wraps around the eastern end of the Himalaya. It is often described as one of the deepest canyons on Earth. The area is remote, and it draws expedition trekkers and paddlers.
