Zakouma National Park
Zakouma National Park is a savanna reserve in southeastern Chad, in the Salamat region. Seasonal wetlands and open woodland support elephants, antelope, giraffes and many waterbirds. It is a destination for guided safaris by vehicle, and a rare place where large African wildlife can be seen in a remote setting.
