Zigana Pass

Zigana Pass crosses the Pontic Mountains in northeastern Turkey at 2,032 m, between Gümüşhane and the Trabzon coast. It has long served as a link between the Black Sea and the interior. The surrounding highlands are used for hiking, high pastures and, in winter, skiing.
