Kolbeinsey is a tiny rocky islet in the Arctic Ocean north of Iceland, rising only about 5 m above the sea. Wave erosion has reduced it over the years, and it marks the northernmost point of Icelandic territory. Nobody lives there, and it is hard to reach.
