Lake Akşehir
Lake Akşehir is a shallow lake in the Lakes region of Turkey, at 954 m, near the town of Akşehir in Konya province. It lies in a broad basin with reed beds and open farmland around it. The lake is visited mostly by birdwatchers and by people from the nearby town.
