Lake Chilwa
Lake Chilwa is a shallow, brackish lake in southern Malawi, at 627 m, ringed by wetlands and the Zomba Plateau to the west. It has no outlet to the sea, and its water level changes over time. It is known for waterbirds and fishing communities.
