Lake Malawi
Lake Malawi is one of the African Great Lakes, in the Rift Valley, bordered by Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania. Its surface is at 474 m. The clear water is home to hundreds of colourful fish species, and visitors snorkel, dive and kayak around rocky islands and sandy bays.
