Lake Tuz
Lake Tuz is a large, shallow salt lake in central Anatolia, Turkey, at 905 m. It dries up to a white salt crust in summer and holds a thin layer of water in other months. Visitors come to see the flat white plain, take photographs and watch flamingos and other birds.
