Mount Batur

Mount Batur is an active volcano of 1,717 m in the Kintamani district of Bali, Indonesia, standing inside a large caldera with a crescent-shaped lake called Lake Batur at its foot. It is among the most popular sunrise hikes on the island. Guides lead groups up the cone from the village of Toya Bungkah before dawn.
