Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater is a large, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera in northern Tanzania, with its rim at about 1,700 m. The crater floor is home to abundant wildlife, including many large grazing animals and predators. Visitors come for guided safaris and for views over the rim.
