Pangong Tso

Pangong Tso is a high-altitude lake in the Himalayas, at 4,250 m, extending from India's Ladakh region into Tibet in China. The water is salty and changes from blue to green and grey, with bare mountains around it. Visitors travel by road from Leh and camp near the shore.
