Pankisi Gorge
Pankisi Gorge is a valley in northeastern Georgia, lying below the Greater Caucasus. Small villages and forested slopes characterise it, and the local Kist community lives here. Visitors take guided hikes and horse rides into the surrounding hills and stay in village guesthouses.
