Po Valley
The Po Valley is a large plain in northern Italy, drained by the Po River, between the Alps in the north and the Apennines in the south. It is a major agricultural region with many cities and rivers. Cyclists and walkers use river paths and flat country roads, and the foothills on both sides offer hiking.
