Sossusvlei
Sossusvlei is a salt and clay pan in the Namib Desert in Namibia, enclosed by very tall red sand dunes. The contrast of white pan floor and orange dunes shapes the scenery. Visitors walk and climb the dune ridges, photograph the changing light and camp in the surrounding desert.
