Fish River Canyon

Fish River Canyon is a large canyon in the south of Namibia, carved by the Fish River into dry plateau country. Its wide, winding gorge is one of the biggest in Africa. Hikers can follow a multi-day route along the canyon floor, and many others walk the rim for viewpoints.
