The Weisshorn, at about 4,505 m, is a pyramid-shaped peak in the Pennine Alps of Valais, Switzerland, above the Zinal and Mattertal valleys. Its sharp ridges and steep faces make it one of the most admired Alpine summits. Climbers use the Weisshorn Hut and Cabane de Tracuit, and walkers enjoy trails with views of the peak.
