Virunga National Park
Virunga National Park is in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, on the border with Rwanda and Uganda. It covers volcanoes, forests and savanna, and shelters mountain gorillas. Guided treks to see gorillas and to climb the Nyiragongo volcano are the main activities.
